Since the video was posted on Facebook on Monday it has been viewed more than 2 million times, liked 50.000 times, shared 45.000 times and received thousands of messages of support from across the globe.

While Travelport's campaign digital media content has now been shared with agents, including yours, 65 million times, we believe Khalid's video will help them further understand the importance of the DPNA code and how it can change travel for customer with intellectual disabilities, as well as their families.
